Eureka Springs has a history dating back to the 1800s. People flocked to the area to cure ailments with the 'healing' water from the town's many natural springs. Today, the historic district of Eureka Springs still contains many original Victorian houses, buildings, and the springs themselves. Eureka Springs is now popular for its diversity, festivals, parades, and unique art.
